I started PMI in 2001 with the mission of bringing you affordably priced musical instruments of outstanding quality and exceptional artistic beauty. About the Founder PMI is a relatively new company, but Mark brings a solid foundation of over 25 years of business experience to the venture. After spending several of his early years as a working musician,  Mark has spent most of his career independently developing and marketing high-tech products for industry. Recently, working with General Motors, he's developed some of the automated manufacturing systems that are successfully used by major auto makers.  PMI is the result of Mark's desire to apply his business and technical skills to his first love--music. Mark is 47 years old and lives with his family in Aptos California, near Santa Cruz. Mark enjoys sharing new ideas, learning to play instruments, and the great outdoors.

Satisfaction Guarantee Your complete satisfaction is always our goal, and we're confident that you'll be totally pleased with the outstanding quality and beauty of our fine instruments. If any of our instruments does not meet your expectations, we'll happily accept it back for an exchange or refund, provided it's promptly returned in its original condition. We don't charge a restocking fee for items returned within one week. After a week, a fifteen percent charge may apply.

Delivery Most items are available from stock for immediate shipment, but occasionally we may need to place an item on back-order, typically for no more than several weeks.  We'll advise you of the expected delivery date, and we won't charge your card until we actually ship.
